Solution
With the brief wide open, we tapped into our collaboration with Warner Music to create energetic content centred around local knowledge, that utilised the influence and reach of Warner's artists and allowed us to amplify and augmented Tripadvisor's guidance content, and also make Tripadvisor look cool.
To maximise our time on the ground we crafted a comprehensive content package – that went beyond what the client expected. We included content for Tripadvisor's core audience as well as locally flavoured content aimed at a younger demographic to align with Warner’s audience.
We built a dedicated content hub to house the videos, drive tour bookings and seamlessly link users to the travel guidance we created. The design immersed users in the variety of work created, emphasizing video as the primary engagement tool and giving the hub a unique visual identity.
During our four days on the ground, we produced 5 videos, 4 articles, 1 Trips guide, and 1 landing page, surfacing the content on social, editorial and also in email sends. We saved a substantial ~$28.5k USD in production costs.
This comprehensive package stands as proof point for client pitches and is used across the company, underscoring Tripadvisor's commitment to innovative and impactful partnerships. It serves as evidence of what can be achieved with creativity and a small budget, showcasing the power of resourceful thinking.
